If you're feeling in between versions of your professional self — not exactly lost, but not quite sure how to talk about what you do or what’s next — this workshop is for you.
You’re standing at a threshold. Maybe your focus or values have shifted. Maybe you’re craving a new pace or direction. Whatever's changing, finding strong language will help you feel grounded and ready to map your next professional chapter.
This workshop isn’t about rebranding or polishing your LinkedIn profile. It’s about narrative — the story that underpins your work, purpose, and direction.
Who am I?
I’m Julia Gray — an award-winning writer, educator, researcher, and coach with a PhD in Adult Education. I’ve navigated many professional pivots myself, working across sectors including arts & culture, health research, higher education, and government.
Maybe it’s my teaching experience, or my background as a theatre director, or my own pivots — but it brings me no end of joy to help amazingly talented and brilliant people reflect on what they’ve accomplished, ground themselves in that rich experience, and write the next chapter of their professional lives.
And I’d love to help you do the same.
What will we do in the workshop?
Together, we’ll:
- Reflect on where you’ve been and what’s shifting
- Map your professional story using a simple, guided framework
- Begin shaping a narrative that reflects who you are now
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction — and practical prompts to continue refining your story after the workshop.
